Pathway into Racing through Pony Racing Coordinator

Lea oversees the Pathway into Racing, through Pony Racing, which has seen over 12,000 engagements with young people since its launch in 2020. 

Lea has a background in Eventing and The Pony Club and is a Coach Educator and Assessor for HorseScotland and The Pony Club. She leads on the PRA Coaching provision with a focus on ensuring that Pony Racing Coaches have the necessary and current knowledge & skills to teach and support children, their families and ponies along their Pony Racing journey.
