Combinations MUST be Registered & APPROVED by 12 noon on Friday, 11th April in order to be eligible to enter.
With regard to balloting should the need arise it will be carried out as per Regulation 62 (v) (page 17) of the 2025 Regulations for Pony Races.
Ponies may not be led to the start. A hunt escort will be provided.
The Mark Weatherhead Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the leading rider from the East Anglian Area during the season.
The De La Sayette Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the leading Novice Rider from the East Anglian Area. (A Novice Rider is someone who has NOT won ANY pony race before the start of the 2025 Point-to-Point Pony racing Season.)
The following points will be awarded for the trophies: 1st: 10, 2nd: 6, 3rd: 4, 4th: 2.
The presentations will be made at this fixture.
Race 1: 148cms & under EAST ANGLIAN CONFINED HUNTS / PC OPEN CONDITIONS Race
Confined Hunts / PC’s: Cambridgeshire Harriers, Dunston Harriers, North Norfolk Harriers, Thurlow, Cambridge University Draghounds, Waveney Harriers, Cambridgeshire with Enfield Chace, Suffolk, Puckeridge, Essex & Suffolk, Essex with Farmers Union, West Norfolk and the Enfield Chace with Cambridgeshire.
Race 2: 148cms & under OPEN Race.
Neither race will divide
