Combinations need to be Registered & Approved by 12 noon on Friday, 28th March in order to be eligible to enter.
With regard to balloting should the need arise it will be carried out as per Regulation 62 (v) (page 17) of the 2025 Regulations for Pony Races).
The above races form part of the “West Mercian Area” Riders Championship which is open to all riders riding in the WM Area. The Championship is kindly sponsored by Tweenhills (www.Tweenhills.com) who also generously sponsor the rosettes and number cloths at all West Mercian Fixtures.
Points are allocated as follows: 1st: 10 2nd: 8 3rd: 6 4th: 4 5th: 3 6th:2
The Championship Prizes will be awarded at the Albrighton Woodland 26th May, where DOUBLE points for the Championship will be on offer.
The PtP Fixture Secretary will send out a car pass/e-ticket via email prior to the event. Please contact the pony racing secretary if you have not received this within 48 hours of the fixture.
Entry Requirements
There are Two Open races.
Should sufficient entries be received one race may divide.
Ponies may not be led to the start. A hunt escort will be provided.
PLEASE BE REMINDED YOU MAY ONLY ENTER ONE FIXTURE ON ANY ONE WEEKEND.
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
